From investing to mortgages there are some good real estate advice articles out on the net this week. Here are a few:
Pacesetter Mortgage Blog has excellent advice for those behind on their mortgage - Beware of Mortgage “Rescue” Firms and adds “I say this again and again; In life’s large financial transactions only work with people you trust or are referred by people you trust!”
Journey to Financial Freedom presents the 5 Risks in Real Estate Investment - from vacancies to changes in tax laws.
Nubricks offers Five Rules to Follow when buying an “off plan” property. (Off plan? I had to think for a second myself on that term. It means buying a building that is nothing more than a piece of ground and a plan. You’re buying off the plan.)
It’s not really advice, but Searchlight Crusade looks at the silliness of Real Estate Boycotts. Just like the plans for everyone to not buy gasoline on a particular day, as long as people need the product a temporary “boycott” won’t really affect the price in the long run or even much in the short run.
